
Avengers: Infinity War (2018) is a Marvel superhero film, directed by Anthony and Joe Russo. It follows the Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy as they try to stop Thanos from collecting the six Infinity Stones to wipe out half the universe’s population. Plot:
After Thanos acquires the Power Stone, he attacks the Asgardian survivors' ship, killing Loki and Heimdall, and taking the Space Stone. The Hulk crash-lands on Earth, warning Doctor Strange, Tony Stark, and others about Thanos’s plan. Thanos’s minions capture Strange and battle the Avengers and Guardians.
Thor, Rocket, and Groot forge Stormbreaker, while the others try to stop Thanos from obtaining the Infinity Stones. Thanos captures Gamora, sacrifices her for the Soul Stone, and takes the Mind Stone from Vision after a battle in Wakanda.
On Titan, the Avengers and Guardians attempt to subdue Thanos, but Quill’s anger lets Thanos overpower them. He completes the Gauntlet and wipes out half of all life, including many heroes. Stark and Nebula are stranded on Titan, while the survivors in Wakanda are left devastated. Thanos watches the sunrise, having succeeded in his plan.
